Refund Policy

Coaching sessions and packages

• More than 24 hours before the session — cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 24 hours, or a no-show — the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable. That time was held for you and could not be given to anyone else.
• Multi-session packages — unused sessions are refundable pro-rata at any point inside the validity window.
• If I cancel or reschedule — you always get the session back, or a full refund if you prefer.

Tutoring

Tutoring includes a free trial class before you commit. After the program starts, remaining unused sessions are refundable pro-rata within the three-month window.

Ebooks and digital products

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once the download link has been used. That said — if the book is genuinely not what the page described, email me within 14 days and tell me why. I would rather refund you than have you feel misled.

If a download link fails or expires before you managed to use it, that is not a refund situation, it is a two-minute fix. Email me and I will reissue it.

How to request a refund

Email info@askgurpreet.com from the address you used at checkout, with your Stripe receipt or order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before opening a dispute with your bank. Nearly everything is resolvable directly and considerably faster.
