Terms of Service

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Gurpreet Sohal, based in Seattle, WA, United States. Contact: info@askgurpreet.com. Coaching is offered in a personal capacity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided on behalf of any current or former employer.

What is being sold

Two categories of product:

• Coaching services — one-to-one sessions, multi-session packages, interview preparation and tutoring, delivered over video call.
• Digital products — ebooks delivered as immediate downloads after payment.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never seen or stored by this site. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you confirm. Purchases are one-time — nothing on this site renews automatically or stores a card on file with me.

Booking and validity

• Single sessions should be scheduled within one month of purchase.
• The 3-session package is valid for three months from purchase.
• Tutoring runs across three months from the first session.
• Unused sessions beyond these windows lapse, though I will always try to be reasonable — just ask.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Reschedule freely with more than 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without warning, are treated as delivered. If I have to reschedule, you get the session back plus first pick of the new slot.

Digital products

Ebook purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the material. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or share the files, in whole or in part. Download links are personal, expire after seven days and permit a limited number of downloads; contact me if you need a link reissued.

What coaching is not

I cannot offer you a job, a referral, or influence over any hiring or promotion decision anywhere. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of employment, of an offer, of a promotion, or of any specific compensation outcome. Coaching is guidance based on personal experience; the decisions and the results are yours.

Confidentiality

What you tell me in a session stays between us. I will never share your name, employer or situation without your written permission. Testimonials are published anonymously unless you ask otherwise. Please do not share confidential or proprietary information belonging to your employer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from the use of this site or its services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
